The zoomstra.com applications
We own the application code, the databases, the data structures and the business processes used in all of the Collabix Inc. sites including zoomstra.com. You retain the rights to the information you enter into the application including but not limited to user (including staff and participants) information, educational content, videos, notes, to do items and files. We will access this data on a regular basis to perform data backups, to provide you with customer support as well as other required maintenance activities. Your application data will not be shared, accessed or reviewed for any purpose other than those defined here by us.
Our Commitment To Data Security
We use trusted third party providers for application hosting, network utilization and data storage for the Zoomstra applications. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We do require that all subscribers to zoomstra.com maintain a personal user id and password. At no time may user ids and passwords be shared among multiple people.
Zoomstra.com supports a wide range of businesses utilizing the software to manage training and education of their users, keep up to date records and interact with customers. Each individual site [site.zoomstra.com] is secured through advanced multi-tenancy techniques. Information in for each individual site is the property of the site subscriber.
Our Commitment To Children’s Privacy:
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13 years of age, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13. Children under 13 are not authorized to create accounts on zoomstra.com.
