How do you count the number of workbooks for each plan?
We count the number of active workbooks you have distributed to participants. So if you have 20 people each going through the same workbook, that's 20 workbooks. And if you have 1 person going through 20 different workbooks, that's also 20 workbooks.

How does the 30 day free trial work?
Once you sign up you have 30 days to take Zoomstra for a trial run. You will have access all the features of the product. During the trial period you will be prompted to enter payment details to convert to a paid account. We charge your credit card for your first month of your service plan at that time.

When do I choose a subscription plan?
No need to choose a plan right now. Simply sign up for a new account and you'll have full access to all features during your 30 day FREE trial. Pick your plan when you are ready to subscribe.
