-
When do I choose a subscription plan?
Upon registration for your free trial you will see a drop down box that lists our current subscription plans. Choose any plan from that list to get started. All plans begin with a 30 day FREE trial.
-
Can I change my plan once it's selected?
Absolutely! Our goal is to grow with you. So pick a plan that fits your needs today. As you need more active zWorkbooks or storage, let us know and we will help you upgrade to the next level.
-
How does the 30 day free trial work?
Once you sign up you have 30 days to take Zoomstra for a trial run. You will have access all the features of the product. During the trial period you will be prompted to enter payment details to convert to a paid account on day 31. On day 31 we will charge your credit card for your first month of your service plan. If you have not entered a credit card for payment by day 31, your account will be temporarily suspended including all distributed zWorkbooks.
-
What is an Active Workbook?
Zoomstra Workbooks are considered active (and therefore count against your subscription limits) when they have been assigned to an exiting user or when a self-registered user initiates the zWorkbook. You can limit the lifespan of a zWorkbooks to prevent stale workbooks from compounding your subscription tier.
